Over vibrant Amapiano rhythms from South Africa, she weaves together Shimaoré, Kibushi, and a message that resonates deeply: “Uncle, where are you? The time has come. You must wake up.”
Following the success of “Tsika” and “Amani”, “Zama” marks the next chapter in her artistic rise, as she continues to expand her reach from Mayotte to the world. “I want to meet other cultures, share my own, bring our languages, our instruments, our sounds together,” she said during a recent recording session for her upcoming album.
