Port Harcourt artist Tezymiles has released a new single titled “Na Money”, a street-influenced Afrobeats track that focuses on money, relationships and the pressures that sit between both.
The song is built around a simple but recurring idea: financial stability often shapes personal relationships. Over an upbeat, club-ready instrumental, Tezymiles delivers verses that lean into familiar street expressions and everyday observations about hustle and survival.
At the centre of the track is the hook “Na money be the koko,” a phrase that drives the song’s message about money as a determining factor in modern life. The lyrics touch on ambition, romantic disappointment and the reality of prioritising financial progress.
Lines such as “Why should I be sorry oh? When I dey find money oh” and “If you leave me I no go sweat” frame the song around self-reliance and emotional detachment in the face of economic pressure.
