BIDEX Dasolechild releases instrumental version of “Iyalaya Swagger”

UK-based Nigerian Afrobeats artist BIDEX Dasolechild has released an instrumental version of “Iyalaya Swagger”, offering a version of the track without its original vocals.

The release adds to the catalogue of the independent artist, born Abidemi Ashaolu, whose music draws on Afrobeats, Amapiano and Afro-fusion. Based in Scotland, BIDEX has developed his work through live performances and independent releases, with appearances at events including the AfroScot Festival in Edinburgh and the Refugee Festival in Glasgow.

His previous releases include “Free Madness (Sewere)”, “Celebration”, “You Too Fine”, “Gbemi De Be” and “Tungba”. His music has accumulated more than 100,000 Spotify streams, while “Free Madness (Sewere)” has received coverage from independent music publications.

BIDEX was nominated for Creative of the Year at the 2026 Black Scottish Awards and received Arts Council England endorsement under the Global Talent visa’s Exceptional Promise route in Music, specialising in Afrobeats and Amapiano, in September 2026.

“Iyalaya Swagger (Instrumental)” is available on streaming platforms.
