Andrew Famous describes the project as telling “the story about the voice of the ancestors,” and that theme runs through the album as a hypnotic, uplifting fusion of percussion, melody, and emotional depth.

    Leading the release is the standout single “breeze”, which reflects a period of personal transformation for the artist, capturing a spiritual search for strength and clarity during major life transitions. The track “Izwi-Labokhokho” channels a powerful Afro House energy rooted in ancestral invocation, building rhythmic intensity that feels ceremonial and grounded. In contrast, “Swan Lake” reimagines the classical masterpiece through a haunting vocal and electronic lens, bridging centuries of musical tradition.

    Elsewhere, “Keep on Dancing” leans into pure dancefloor energy, driven by infectious rhythm and club-ready momentum, while “Sunrise” introduces world-influenced harmonies that expand the album’s global identity.

    Franky V! Releases Afro House Rework of “I’m Blue (Da Ba Dee)”

    Belgian artist Franky V! has released a new track titled “I’m Blue (Da Ba Dee) [Afro House Vibes]”, a reinterpretation of the well-known dance classic.

    The original version was released in 1998 by Italian band Eiffel 65.  

    The production reworks the original melody into an Afro House framework, using steady percussion, deep rhythmic layers, and atmospheric elements. The result is a more relaxed, groove-focused version compared to the high-energy original.

    Rather than a direct remake, the track leans into a slower, more textured approach aimed at modern club and lounge settings such as sunset sets and late-night sessions.

    Speaking on the release, Franky V! explained his intention behind the track:

    “I wanted to take a melody everybody knows and transform it into something warm, emotional, and hypnotic — something that feels alive on today’s dancefloors while keeping the soul of the original emotion.”

    The release reflects his ongoing focus on melodic electronic music with Afro House influence and club-oriented production.
