South African artist BODMAN has released a new single, “Savage,” featuring Teefreeze and Meeky. The track continues the artist’s catalogue of cross-border collaborations, following earlier releases including Victory and contributions to the 2021 compilation Nigerian-South African.
Built around Afrobeats-inspired production, “Savage” combines melodic vocals with contemporary rhythms while exploring themes of confidence, ambition, and self-belief. The collaboration with Teefreeze and Meeky adds multiple vocal perspectives to the record’s energetic delivery.
BODMAN is a South African-based artist whose work has included collaborations with musicians from across the African continent. His releases blend Afrobeats with contemporary African pop influences and reflect his interest in cross-cultural musical exchange.
