Nigerian singer and songwriter L.A.X has married his partner, Ella, in a white wedding ceremony in Naxxar, Malta.
Videos from the ceremony circulating online show the couple exchanging vows in front of family and friends, followed by their entrance into the reception as guests cheered and celebrated with them.
The Malta ceremony follows the couple’s engagement in January. L.A.X proposed to Ella during an outdoor setup decorated with flowers, sharing the moment on Instagram with the caption, “To loving you forever always. D & E.”
The couple also held their traditional wedding in Nigeria in June, with their introduction ceremony taking place in Warri, Delta State.
L.A.X, whose real name is Damilola Afolabi, is known for songs including “Caro” and has remained active in the Nigerian music scene since the early 2010s. He and Ella had reportedly been together for three years before their engagement.
