    Mairose explores self-worth on upbeat single “IDWS”

    Manchester singer-songwriter Mairose has released “IDWS”, an upbeat pop-dance track centred on self-worth and pursuing personal ambitions.

    Released on August 14, the song follows Mairose’s debut EP, My Next Chapter, which arrived in 2025 alongside the singles “Sunshine” and “Treat Your Woman Like a Queen”.

    In May 2026, Mairose made her debut live performance at Manchester’s Band on the Wall, where she performed “Sunshine”, her Afrobeats-influenced single.

    After a 14 month break from releasing music Mairose is back with her new single “Sunshine” Which was released 28th February 2025. 

    “Sunshine” is one of the tracks from Mairose’s first EP My Next Chapter This feel good uplifting Hip/hop dance track with an upbeat sound, and catchy chorus.

    Mairose is an emerging Hip-hop R&B singer-songwriter hailing from Manchester UK. Well known for her unique acapella mashups on Tik Tok, She engages her audience with her soulful vocals. Sunshine is so far her biggest hit gaining over 1k streams within days of it’s release, and reaching over 800 monthly listeners worldwide, in over 80 countries.
