Starchini has released “Injecting Happiness,” a single associated with the artist’s dark, electronic sound.
The release follows Starchini’s previous songs “Houdini, are you there?,” and “I’m on My Way.” The artist’s album Simulacra features ten tracks produced over three years, combining underground intelligent dance music (IDM) with dark ambient soundscapes.
Simulacra follows a narrative centred on a digital entity attempting to take control of the listener’s mind, moving through themes of seduction, promise, invasion and submission. Its concept draws on an alter ego that shifts between identities and explores the darker aspects of the collective subconscious.
“Injecting Happiness” is available on streaming platforms.
