Afrobeats Artist Adebayo Adiamo Releases the “Honey Baby” Album

Afrobeats artist Adebayo Adiamo, popularly known as 3A’s, has released a new album titled “Honey Baby.”

This album features four tracks that showcase Adebayo’s diverse musical talents and cultural influences.

The first one, “My African Queen,”  like 2 Baba’s 2004 hit of the same name, celebrates the beauty and richness of African culture, paying tribute to the inspirational women who embody its essence.

The second track, “Honey Baby,” highlights Adebayo’s ability to sing fluently in three languages: English, Spanish, and his native tongue.

This linguistic versatility stems from his ten years of experience living and studying in Spain, where he earned two master’s degrees in Business Innovation and Technology Management, as well as Tourism Management from the esteemed University of Girona.

During his time in Spain, Adebayo seamlessly blended his academic pursuits with his passion for music.

In 2010, he was accepted into a PhD program in Law and Tourism Management, during which he collaborated with the Research Group at European Manufacturing Spain and published a scholarly article. This academic journey and professional experience have profoundly shaped his artistry and approach to music.

The title track, “Koboko,” is the third track, serves as a poignant anthem that addresses the alarming trend of ignorance permeating various communities. It highlights the disturbing belief that taking the life of another human being is a pathway to financial gain. With powerful lyrics and a captivating melody, “Koboko” aims to spark conversations about morality, empathy, and the dire consequences of such misguided beliefs.

The fourth track on the album provides an intimate glimpse into Adebayo’s life experiences.

Titled [Destiny], it narrates the personal struggle between familial expectations and the pursuit of passion. Adebayo reflects on his mother’s dream for them to complete a PhD program, ultimately choosing to devote his life to music instead. This choice, perceived as a waste of time by some, reveals the artist’s dedication to his music and the importance of following one’s own path.

“I wanted to create an album that not only reflects my personal journey but also connects with listeners on multiple levels,” said Adebayo Adiamo. “Each song tells a story, and I aimed to incorporate different cultural elements and languages to reach a broader audience.”

  • K-pop Star Senior Dunce Releases Debut Dance Single “City Centre” — A Euphoric Tribute to Outsiderhood and Urban Life

K-pop Star Senior Dunce Releases Debut Dance Single “City Centre” — A Euphoric Tribute to Outsiderhood and Urban Life

South Korean electronic artist Senior Dunce has released a brand new single titled “City Centre”, marking the official start of his artistic journey under this moniker.

Unlike his earlier melancholic works, this track is a vibrant, energetic dance number layered with nostalgia, rhythm, and identity.

The inspiration behind the title “City Centre” comes from his time living in Liverpool, UK. As a foreigner unfamiliar with the correct pronunciation, Senior Dunce mistakenly pronounced it “cent- ray” instead of the British “centre.” Rather than mocking him, his local Scouser friends embraced the mispronunciation and even adopted it themselves in solidarity — pointing out how even native Brits struggle to understand the thick Scouse dialect.

“Those were the days I felt completely lost yet deeply cared for,” says Senior Dunce. “I couldn’t sleep many nights, overwhelmed by my outsider identity. But my friends helped me feel seen — and that feeling is immortalized in this track.”

The music video for “City Centre” was produced by Muturn, a Korean dancer and video creator who has long collaborated with Senior Dunce. Though unaware of the song’s full lyrical meaning, Muturn resonated with the emotional energy of the track. Inspired by his own party-performance projects, he developed a unique visual interpretation that blends movement and atmosphere in ways that complement the music’s heartbeat.
