    UK-based Afrobeats singer-songwriter Escaphini has released his latest single “The Best I know”

    Fusing smooth Afrobeats, dancehall, and R&B influences, “The Best I Know” is a lyrical exploration of life’s cycles—of love

    lost and found, of growth, of the moments that bring us back to where we began, but with new eyes. 

    The Nigerian-born artist who lives in Wrexham, Wales, describes his sound as one that feels both intimate and universal.

    “This song represents coming full circle—not just in relationships, but in personal growth. It’s about seeing everything with new clarity, embracing who you’ve become,” he says.

    Produced and mixed by Shifu “The Best I Know” arrives as the lead single from Escaphini’s upcoming EP, set to drop later this year.

    Nigerian Afrobeats artist Abayomi is making his debut with a new single titled “Chakam” a soulful, mid-tempo record about the bittersweet emotions of love and loss.

    The song is named after Chakam the popular evidence-gathering social media trend, an onomatopoeic expression for the sound of a camera shutter

    It involves taking pictures (Chakam) of a statement by someone to prevent them from reneging on their word or breaking their promise in the future

    Nigerian-American Afrobeats Artist Echezona References Legendry Highlife Musician Chief Stephen Osita Osadebe on New Song “Rare”

    Nigerian-American Afrobeats artist Echezona paid tribute to legendary Highlife musician Chief Stephen Osita Osadebe by including the lyrics from Osadebe’s classic “Osondi Owendi” on his new song “Rare”

    The phrase which translates to “live and let live” in Igbo, is from Osadebe’s 1984 single of the same name.

    Born to Igbo parents in the Boston, Massacheuts Echezona takes pride in his Igbo heritage infusing the culture and the language which he speaks fluently into his music.

    “Rare” is one of the tracks on his latest album Enyi a collaboration with producer JPrism

    Enyi means friend in Igbo language and Echezona’s artistry reflects his multicultural exposures.

    On the inspiration behind current focus single and video Rare, Echezona explains: “Rare is honest. No mask. Sharing something real. 

    “The visuals for the “Rare” video are not about flashy effects or over-the-top stunts. 

    “It’s about opening up with candid self-reflections felt by many, and connecting through emotional truths. “
