French composer Mark J Soler returns with Time to Go”, embracing a stripped- down, emotionally driven country rock sound.
Built around the tones of classic electric guitars, featuring Fender Stratocaster textures alongside the depth of Gibson Les Paul and supported by a solid bass foundation, “Time to Go” is a departure from the artist’s previous work.
This artistic direction is deeply tied to personal experience. Having lived and worked for a decade in Austin, Texas, as a software engineer, Mark developed a strong connection to the city’s vibrant and deeply rooted live music culture.
The influence of Austin’s bar scene where country, rock, and blues intersect organically, can be felt throughout the track.
“Time to Go” is not only sonically inspired by that chapter of life but visually as well. The single’s cover artwork draws directly from the view once seen from the artist’s home in Austin, encapsulating both nostalgia and forward momentum.
