Nigerian Afrobeats artist Daniel Aether returns with “Shakara”, an Afropop track with some Brazilian Funk elements.
The track was by artists like Rema and the defunct duo P Square.
The word “shakara” is a Nigerian Pidgin English word that means “to show off”, and that is exactly what I want to do in this track,”explains Daniel.”
“The song is a high-energy track about feeling yourself when you’re partying and just dancing like there is no tomorrow.”
