Nigerian rapper El Hardcore 6ix has released “MUTINY,” a new single combining Afrobeats, hip-hop and street-influenced sounds.
The track explores the pressures of everyday life alongside themes of ambition, perseverance, brotherhood and faith. El Hardcore 6ix uses rap and Afrobeats to frame a story about working through difficult circumstances and pursuing progress.
“MUTINY” also draws from the artist’s connection to Benue State and Tiv-influenced Nigerian street culture, incorporating elements of the language and experiences around him.
