Nigerian artist BYTunes has highlighted “Leke” as one of the standout tracks from his 2026 album, COPACETICMUSIC GENRE. The seven-track project also includes previously released songs such as “Kowowole,” “Run Come,” and “Amnesty.”
Like the rest of the album, “Leke” is built around BYTunes’ self-described CopaceticMusic sound, which blends elements of Afrobeats with influences drawn from genres including hip-hop, dancehall, Fuji, amapiano, highlife, and R&B. According to the artist, the approach reflects his ongoing exploration of genre fusion rather than a departure from his earlier work.
BYTunes, born Adebayo Olotu, is a Nigerian singer-songwriter and the creator of the CopaceticMusic movement. In recent interviews, he has described the project as an effort to develop a sound rooted in Nigerian music while incorporating a range of contemporary influences.
