Nigerian artist and producer Berryhud has released “CONTROL,” an Afropiano single that combines elements of Afrobeats and Amapiano.
Released on September 25, the track is built around rhythmic percussion, bass and dance-oriented production. Its lyrics focus on confidence, self-expression and getting lost in the moment.
Berryhud, whose real name is Toba Victor, produced the song himself. He is a self-managed artist working across Afrobeats and Amapiano, with previous releases including “Alubarika,” “Money On My Mind” featuring T-Rell, “Time” and “Journey Not Funny.”
